It is not designed for:

Does Complainer support small claims
court?
No. Complainer is designed for limited and unlimited civil cases, not small claims.
Which jurisdictions does Complainer
support?
Complainer works best for California civil complaints.
It also works reasonably well for states that follow similar civil caption and pleading formats.
These typically include many states that use:
- Line-numbered pleadings
- Caption-first complaint structures
- Code-pleading or hybrid systems
Examples often include Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, New York (structure
only, not substance).
However, Complainer is not guaranteed to be compliant in every state and their jurisdiction. Local rules
and formatting may vary by court and county.
Does Complainer include legal
strategy?
No. Complainer focuses on structure and organization, not strategy.
Can Complainer file documents for me?
No. Complainer does not file anything with a court.
Does Complainer recommend attorneys
who can help?
No. Complainer may display attorneys in your area, but it does not recommend them.

No. Any attorney listings are informational only. Complainer does not endorse or recommend any

How much does Complainer cost?
Demand letters are always free. Complaint samples cost $150 per complaint sample. The $150 covers:
- One complaint sample
- Unlimited use of the tool for that complaint
- Ongoing edits and refinements
- Collaboration with the tool on the same complaint
There is no per-edit or per-revision fee.
